The community of Nyabikere counts five brothers and one novice.

Composition

In the community of Nyabikere lives Brother Superior Christian Nahimana, Brother Economist Liévin Ncabukoroka, Brother Joseph Vyandariye, Brother Vital Nibaruta, Brother Sylvestre Mbazumutima and novice Freddy Kwizera.

Beginning

The community of Nyabikere, on a 35 km from Mutwenzi in Gitega, has launched in February 2019. It is an autonomous community within the Burundi Delegation. The intention is that this community would be a community of agriculture in the spirit of car finance as support for the other works in the country for example rice, corn, bananas, soy, beans and others to produce and deliver. There is also willingness to provide assistance to the nearby parish with catechesis and other help.

The covent is built in the Middle of a domain of about 13 ha that the Congregation has bought many years ago.
